The older nurses are more sympathetic to my needs.

Manny you are a true superhero!
You fixed my shoulder without the need to advice for an operation or injection.
You are an expert in your field and you demonstrate this as a highly skilled practitioner who is an asset to the NHS!

The ladies that took the class were lovely.
I had trouble doing pelvic tilts but they helped/showed me how to do them.
Some exercises like the stairs one is hard to do as my hip hurt.
Very good workouts though with the rest.
